With a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, she began her career revitalizing affordable housing through historic restoration. Haley expanded her perspective through wellness, completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018 and building a thriving practice with over 4,000+ hours of teaching both public, corporate and private clients. This journey deepened her understanding of how our environments profoundly shape our lives, inspiring her to unite her passions for real estate, well-being, and community.

When the pandemic transformed our relationship with home, Haley saw an opportunity. She obtained her Washington Realtor License and joined Latitude Regenerative Real Estate, where she embraced the Five Roots of Regenerative Real Estate: health & wellness, sustainability, ecology, community, and spirit. This unique framework continues to guide her service, ensuring that each client’s real estate journey considers not only their financial goals, but also their lifestyle, values, and the positive impact they can have on the earth.
